Shipping to Australia
Due to the wide spread of COVID-19 globally, we expect major international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity and government restrictions. The International NZ Post is still working actively to deliver but there may still be service impacts, please expect delays.
We normally use International Air Service which is the lowest cost sending option hence there is NO tracking number. Please be patient while waiting your order to arrive. Some customers received the parcel in 5 – 8 weeks.
You can opt your shipping method by choosing the International Courier with tracking number or International Post with NO tracking number.
We suggest you to choose the Courier one in this moment to assure your parcel arrive fast & safely.
Please note that our public holidays will also be different than those of Australia so our office may be closed due to public holidays from time to time.
